Strong and short storms will continue to hit the Houston area this Thursday

HOUSTON – A new round of heavy rains is expected this Thursday, something similar to what has happened in recent days, when strong but short storms were present in the greater Houston area.

Although they will not be long-term rains, they will have a notable intensity that can leave between one and three inches of accumulation in a short period.

The high temperatures have kept the soil in optimum condition despite the heavy rains, so flooding is not expected.

Heavy rain is expected between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

This would be the impact on mental health in cases like that of Rudy Farías, who had been held captive by his own mother for 8 years.
