An armed man would have hidden inside a home in Philadelphia with two children, ages one and four respectively, according to the Police.
The incident was reported to have taken place in the 6400 block of Eastwood Street at about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday. Uniformed brigades prepare the perimeter to begin negotiations with the aforementioned.
If you travel through Eatswood and Levick streets there will be closures and detours due to the emergency.
