A complete monitoring system
As its name suggests, the Blink Outdoor range is intended for the outdoors, and therefore able to withstand bad weather. However, you can very well install one or more of the cameras in this pack inside your home, if necessary. To get started, simply: create an account on the Blink Home Monitor app (available on iOS and Android), plug it in and configure the Blink Sync Module, then insert the AA batteries (included) into the cameras. Autonomy is two years, depending on the brand.
The four cameras are capable of filming in 1080p and also have infrared night vision so you won’t miss any detail after dark, but only in 720p. Microphones are also there to hear what’s going on outside, as well as speakers to talk to your interlocutor. And to ensure good security, the Blink Outdoor is able to detect movements. Moreover, via the application, you have the possibility of receiving notifications on your smartphone when the motion detection detects a human presence. The Blink Video Doorbell is also in this pack. This connected doorbell connects to Wi-Fi. It can of course be wired to its internal chime, to use it as a conventional doorbell. It also acts as a surveillance camera and, with each motion detection, you can receive a notification in the Blink application to see who is ringing at your door, all in 1080p, and even at night.
