Launched in November 2020, Pix became the preferred means of payment for Brazilians based on the technological innovation that the system provides, allowing instant payments to be made.
Given this scenario and the transactional amount reached in 2022, some Latin American countries have become interested in a similar system.
Pix recently broke the record for daily transactions in the country. According to the Central Bank, in 2022 there were 122.4 million transactions carried out and the amount moved reached R$ 62.8 billion.
Faced with so much success, even the United States is eyeing this technology. And it is precisely on this subject that I am talking today with Daniela Machado, global director of marketing and products at C&M Software.
