TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro and TCL TAB 8 LE are two of the new products presented by TCL at the CES 2023. These are two tablets, one standard and one ultra-compact, one designed for more versatile use (including work) and the other for entertainment.
TCL NXTPAPER 12 Proin particular, is a tablet from premium designs with a large 12.2-inch 2K screen and minimal bezels. The display has a 3:2 aspect ratio that offers over 18% more content than a traditional 16:9.
The weight does not reach 600g, which allows you to carry it easily or hold it in your hand for a long time while reading books or watching videos. In this regard, the technology NXTPAPER makes viewing truly engaging, as well as transforming the screen into a “living” material like a sheet of paper to write on with the E-Pen (included in the package). The low-latency E-Pen detects over 8,192 pressure levels, and is as precise in use as a classic pen.
The powerful battery from 8000mAh guarantees hours and hours of activity, and in addition it is able to recharge other devices such as headphones or smartphones.
TCL TAB 8 LE it’s the perfect ultra-compact tablet for staying connected even when you’re away from home. In addition to being small – enough to fit in a large pocket or a women’s clutch – the TAB 8 LE is also very light. The display it is 8 inches, and together with the dual stereo speakers it offers a good audiovisual experience.
As for the internal hardware, TCL TAB 8 LE is equipped with a quad-core processor and a battery of 4080mAh that lasts all day. The front and rear cameras are 5MP, while the storage space for your photos and videos is 32GB (expandable up to 512GB).
Prices and availability
The company informs that TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro it is already available “in some selected markets” at a suggested retail price of $499.00. A 5G version will be available later this year for $549.00.
TCL TAB 8 LE it will be available in the United States starting this month, but – in this case – it is not yet known how much it will cost. To stay up to date, please keep an eye on the official site.
