Antonio Guevara He is 37 years old, belonging to the Selk’nam (also known as Onas), graduated after studying distance learning for five years at the Blas Pascal University. “I began to realize that the laws did not contemplate us, and that the legal responses were not adequate. I decided to study law because almost no lawyer wanted to take our cases and we had no money to pay them,” he told telam.
Also a mother of five children, Antonela recalls that she “had to take an exam while simultaneously participating in a judicial hearing related to my divorce. I had the hearing on one screen and the evaluation on the other. I took the exam crying, I had half an hour left, nothing more, after finishing the audience. Luckily I got a seven”, he said.
Recognized in her words as a “brave and dreamy, idealistic, militant, fighter and tireless conviction” woman, Antonela defines her title as a historical instance both personally and collectively, promising to work to represent, respond to and defend the causes around your community.
