Talented developer Don’t Nod is best known for Life is Strange and other modern-day adventure games, which is one of the reasons why Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden’s announcement last month was quite a surprise. That’s far from the only project they’re working on though, as we know the studio has eight titles in the works, so let’s take a sneak peek at one of the others.
We get this opportunity because Don’t Nod needs to hire more people, so has decided to tempt both potential colleagues and tease the rest of us by posting a screenshot of one of the upcoming games on Twitter.
It’s hard to tell what to expect by studying the image, but the furniture, game console, VHS player, RCA connectors and the like make it seem like we’re heading back to the 1990s. The post also confirms that this will be another story-focused game. That’s probably the only thing we’ll know for a long time though, as some of the roles needed are ones that are required to even get this type of project off the ground.
