The EELV deputy from Paris was questioned this Wednesday on BFMTV on the next social actions planned against the pension reform. Last week, the office of a deputy from Renaissance was affected by a targeted power outage.

“All ways to stop this reform are good as long as they are not violent”. While the pension reform will soon be debated in the National Assembly, the inter-union calls for “multiply actions by January 31”, the date of the next big day of mobilization against the government text.

Among the modes of action, one caused a stir: the power cut last week in a street in Figeac (Lot), where the Renaissance deputy Huguette Tiegna is located. An act claimed by the CGT for which the parliamentarian filed a complaint, but which was not condemned by her colleague from Nupes Sandrine Rousseau.

“A social movement never stands wise”

“It is part of disobedience and I think it will be part of the methods of action in this movement and that there will be many others”, estimated this Wednesday evening on BFMTV the deputy EELV.

“Yes there will be targeted cuts, yes that will be part of it,” said Sandrine Rousseau.

“It’s very good because it makes it possible to multiply the way of opposing this reform and also makes it possible to mobilize people who otherwise would not necessarily have mobilized”, she still considered.

Tuesday evening, the leader of the rebellious deputies in the Assembly Mathilde Panot had already refused to condemn this union action. “A social movement never stands wise. A social movement never responds to the injunctions of those they fight,” added Sandrine Rousseau on our antenna this Wednesday.

“It’s not violent”

For MP EELV, “the limit is violence, in this case it is not violent”.

“On the other hand, having two more years of work when you have back and shoulder pain, that’s violent”, continued the one who calls for “(not) reversing the load”.

“It’s not a small power outage that will not only harm the movement, but also focus us”, finally declared Sandrine Rousseau on BFMTV.
