In a letter sent by the Legal Director of the Ministry of Health, Rodolfo Enrique
Salas, to the Attorney General, it is noted that the manager of the Regional Hospital of

Consequently, the Ministry of Health stated that the terms of the tender, that is, the financial capacity indices and other requirements, set forth by José Luis Medina Romero, in his capacity as manager and legal representative of the Regional Hospital, led to the De García Rovira Consortium appearing as the sole bidder, who was awarded the contract for the execution of the works, on Thursday, August 3, 2023.

The communication sent to the Attorney explains that said request to the Public Ministry is motivated by numeral 25 of article 38 of Law 1952 of 2019, which talks about “the powers of monitoring the execution of the resources assigned to the State Social Enterprises , expressed in Article 7 of Resolution 933 of June 9, 2023”.
