The South Korean development and publishing studio Nexon has just announced the development of a new project that will have to be followed closely and which should please those who enjoyed Dungeon & Fighter in 2005.

Dungeon & Fighter RPG released in 2005 returns as Project DW

It is through a press release shared today that Nexon has just announced the development of an open-world action RPG based on the Dungeon & Fighter IP. This game launched in August 2005 had met with phenomenal success, counting more than 850 million players.

Nexon’s new project is planned for PC, console and mobile and will be a cross-platform title. The Dungeon & Fighter saga already made its return last March on mobile and Nexon is also working on two other projects in addition to Project DW: Project Overkill and Project AK. The South Koreans of Nexon still have ideas behind them since The First Descendant, Veiled Experts or even Godsome: Clash of Gods are still part of the games in the studio’s pipes currently.
