OnePlus is starting the year 2023 on a high note by presenting its new premium smartphone, the OnePlus 11. We were expecting something heavy after the leaks that revealed its technical sheet in preview. And it is clear that the smartphone has very solid specifications added to a neat design. As a reminder, the OnePlus 11 is only available in China for the moment. It will be released worldwide on February 7.

On its glass back, the OnePlus 11 adopts a large circular photo block that blends with its edge. At the front, a punch invites itself again at the top left for the selfie sensor. We also find the Alert Slider (sound, vibrator, silent) which had been removed from the OnePlus 10T.

However, it is in terms of performance that the new phone is expected at the turn. And these should be of very good quality thanks to the integration of the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip assisted by 12 or 16 GB of RAM. As a reminder, the first benchmarks indicated that the OnePlus 11 was as fast as the iPhone 14 Pro but better than the Galaxy S23.

The OnePlus 11 could drop below 900 euros

On the slab side, the OnePlus 11 sports a 6.7-inch QHD + 120 Hz screen. The LTPO 3.0 is on the menu which will allow significant battery savings thanks to the adaptive refresh rate. We will also note the arrival of Dolby Vision, suitable for cinema users.

As far as endurance is concerned, the OnePlus 11 is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery compatible with 100 W fast charging. It could thus be fully inflated in just 25 minutes. On the other hand, for wireless charging, it will be necessary to iron.

Let’s finish this overview with the photo module. OnePlus integrates a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main sensor on its flagship. This is accompanied by a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultra-wide-angle lens and a 32-megapixel MX709 x2 telephoto lens.

It will be necessary to wait until February 7 to know the French prices of the new smartphone. For information, here are the rates charged in China (which will however be much more expensive internationally, between 900 and 1000 euros a priori):

  • OnePlus 11 (12 GB RAM / 256 GB): 3999 yuan (547€)
  • OnePlus 11 (16 GB RAM / 256 GB): 4399 yuan (602€)
  • OnePlus 11 (16 GB RAM / 512 GB): 4899 yuan (670€)
