He Government This Wednesday, the national government sent a money laundering project that will be aimed at individuals, undivided estates and companies to Congress, and if approved, the special regime “Voluntary Declaration of Non-Externalized Argentine Savings” could be created.

This new project of Government would allow the externalization of possession of national and/or foreign currency in the country and/or abroad, financial assets, real estate, movable property and other assets in the country and/or abroad (including credits) and will be affected by both individuals , such as undivided estates and companies. In addition, it came to Congress after the announcement of the signing of the financial information exchange agreement between the United States and our country, made by the current Minister of Economy of the Argentine State, Sergio Massa.

The percentages will be: 5%, from the entry into force and up to 120 calendar days; 10%, for the assets declared from the expiration of the previous term and until the 120 calendar days have elapsed; 20%, for the goods declared from the expiration of the aforementioned term and until another 120 days have elapsed. It is worth noting that both officials of the Government as relatives of these; and when there is no repatriation the rates could increase.

Both officials and family members will be exempt.

Together with La Rioja, the Government presented the first hybrid scheme solar park

The governor of La Rioja, Ricardo Quintela, along with officials from the Government National as the Secretary of Energy, Flavia Royon, and the Secretary of Industry and Productive Development, José Ignacio de Mendiguren, presented the development of the first photovoltaic park in Argentina that will work in a hybrid scheme with other wind farms, and supply renewable energy to more than 35,000 homes across the country.
