At 11 in the morning, the security operations will begin to be set up in an area with a lot of traffic.
As reported by the Commune, from before noon there will be cuts and interruption of traffic around the building located on the block of 51, 53, 9 and 10. While the time in which traffic will be released will depend on the time it ends the event, in which giant screens will be mounted so that the militancy can follow it from the vicinity.
In this way, it is recommended to avoid the downtown area of La Plata, especially from 50 to 54 and from 9 to 12. In addition, between 3 and 4 pm Avenida 7 will also be interrupted, between 50 and 54.
It was contemplated, in this map of cuts, that on Calle 11 only parents who must withdraw their children from the San José school, located in front of the Municipal Palace, will be able to enter.
It is estimated that Vice President Cristina Fernández could arrive in La Plata at 6:00 p.m., and that her speech would last two hours. Therefore, if these time slots are maintained, the deconcentration will begin around 9:00 p.m. and then traffic will normalize.
