Mexico City.- Víctor Manuel, brother of Sara Osnaya, a 31-year-old girl reported missing and found dead at her home, was arrested for the alleged femicide.
According to police sources, Víctor Manuel was arrested after agents went to his home to conduct a search for Sara Cecilia Osnaya, who had been reported missing, on December 15, in the Municipality of Naucalpan.
According to this information, the brother himself reported Sara’s disappearance to the authorities, her relatives and the young woman’s fiancé.
On the day the body was found, the agents of the Mexican Attorney General’s Office found Víctor Manuel in the building where they found Sarita’s body, as his friends and family members called him.
According to these sources, the young woman’s brother recognized the femicide due to alleged family differences.
The subject is detained in the Barrientos prison in Tlalnepantla, so that his legal situation can be determined; he would face charges for disappearance and femicide.
