Juarez City.- Elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) detained César Alberto LR, Neima Verónica CS, Adán Iram CS and a 17-year-old adolescent, for their alleged responsibility in the commission of the crime of disobedience and resistance of participation.
In a press release, it was reported that municipal agents who carried out prevention and surveillance tasks answered a call to locate those responsible for an incident that occurred on Santiago Troncoso and Valle del Cedro streets, in the Intermex Industrial Park, where it was an element of the municipal police was injured when he was hit by a vehicle.
After a search operation, a green Buick Park Avenue brand car was located at an address located at the intersection of Odessa and Amarillo streets in the Praderas del Sur subdivision, which met the characteristics of the vehicle in which they were traveling. the alleged perpetrators, which was captured by the video surveillance cameras of the 911 Emergency and Immediate Response Center.
Upon arrival at said address, they noticed two subjects arguing abroad, for which they were approached by security protocols, who began to behave aggressively, disturbing public order, so when they were informed that they would be subjected to an inspection, A man and a woman came out of the same house and tried to obstruct police work to prevent intervention.
The four people were detained for the crime of disobedience and resistance by individuals, who were identified as 24-year-old Cesar Alberto LR, 23-year-old Neima Verónica CS, 22-year-old Adán Iram CS, and a 17-year-old adolescent.
It should be noted that at the time of inspecting said vehicle, the agents realized that it had crashed and had blood traces, which is why it was insured for investigation, likewise it will be the corresponding authority who determines the responsibility for the facts of those now detained.
Subsequently, three more people arrived at the place, named Tania Abigail LR, 27 years old, Patricia Elvira AJ, 57 years old, and Julio Cesar LM, 48 years old, who identified themselves as relatives of the detainees, who adopted an aggressive attitude against the officers, in order to avoid the arrest of the four people for which they were also charged for the same crime, it is worth mentioning that the person presumed to be the responsible driver responds to the name of 24-year-old Cesar Alberto LR.
After reading their rights, those now detained were made available to the corresponding authority for their alleged responsibility in the commission of the aforementioned crime and they follow up on the case.
