This afternoon, uniforms from the Misiones Police Dangerous Drugs Directorate intercepted and arrested Brian Nahuel O. (19), with 22 doses of cocaine hydrochloride and the sum of 35,080 pesos in cash.

The young man was in command of a 150-cylinder cross-country motorcycle, with which he presumably toured the Villa Poujade neighborhood of Posadas and its surroundings daily selling the drug.

Police sources reported that for a few weeks the suspect, who habitually moved around the squares around Posadas, was closely watched.

Dangerous Drugs detained him around 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of 166th Street and the National Highway 12 collector, after he fled from one of the public spaces where he frequented when he was caught selling cocaine.

In the security search, Brian had 22 fractional doses of cocaine with him, which weighed 216 grams, giving a calculated capacity of 1,200,200 pesos.

In the possession of the unionized dealer, the uniformed officers seized a notebook in which he kept the sales records with names, telephone numbers and addresses of the buyers.

Both the detainee, the drug and the motorcycle were made available to the Federal Court of Posadas. The magistrate hearing the case ordered that the procedure be framed in “Flagrancia” for violation of Law 23,737.
