Juarez City.- People who have businesses must regularize their situation by obtaining land use and operating licenses, issued by the General Directorate of Urban Development, the Municipal Government of Juárez recalled in a statement.
With this call, it seeks to maintain territorial ordering and that businesses operate within the established legal framework, according to the official bulletin.
The municipal agency specified that the evaluation and issuance of paperwork processes were redesigned, in order to reduce the delivery time of licenses from 3 months to an average of 3 weeks.
It was added that the purpose of these works is for the city to have an adequate ordering of commercial activities, for this, facilities are provided to carry out the process, such as the option of doing it digitally through the site http://dutramites.juarez.gob.mx.
In addition to contributing to the ordering of the city, sanctions by the authorities are avoided, the statement said.
