They discharge an electric gun to steal "thousands of dollars" that he obtained from the sale of scrap metal

HOUSTON – A Houston-area woman was robbed with an automatic pistol to steal cash she had been paid from a junk sale.

According to the complaint, the woman obtained “thousands of dollars” from the sale of junk at a business located near the intersection of Navigation and Harrisbur, east of the city.

What she did not count on is that, apparently, she was followed by a man in a vehicle to a gas station where she was preparing to tank her car.

There, a man got out of a Chevrolet truck and went directly to where the backpack with money was.

She tried to prevent the robbery, but the man pulled out a stun gun and discharged it until he was able to grab the loot and flee the scene in the same truck from which he had gotten out.

A $5,000 reward is being offered through Crime Stoppers for information leading to the suspect’s capture.

Angelo Alfaro has lived in Fairfax County for over 40 years and is now at risk of losing his home after falling for a scam. See here the recommendations of the authorities.
