Authorities are investigating after the discovery of the lifeless body of a man in the waters of Howard Beach, in Queens.
Police responded to an emergency call shortly before nine p.m., regarding a water rescue in the vicinity of 165th Avenue and Cross Bay Boulevard, in the Howard Beach area.
Upon arriving at the scene, rescuers pulled an unidentified man from the water.
Police sources assure that the body was decapitated.
At the moment there are no arrests.
