Fiscal agent Luis Piñánez, from the Specialized Unit for Economic Crimes and Anti-Corruption, reported that the ex-magistrate of the highest judicial instance was sentenced as the perpetrator criminally responsible for the punishable act classified as Aggravated Passive Bribery.

In that sense, The Sentencing Court resolved to declare the existence of the punishable act of aggravated passive bribery proven, with respect to Miguel Óscar Bajac Albertini, as author.

Regarding the other condemned, Rafael Luis Maria Ramirez Doldan, the referee resolved, in the Final Judgment, to sentence him to two years and six months, as an accomplice.

Both They must serve their sentence in the place where the Directorate of Penitentiary Establishments determines, in free communication and available to the corresponding Execution Court.
