CDMX.- Prince Andrew would have been evicted from his bedroom at Buckingham Palace by King Carlos III, due to the scandal that sparked his friendship with businessman Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of child trafficking.

The Duke of York would have to decide what his new address would be after it was reported that the monarch ordered his departure from Buckingham Palace.

According to reports from The Sun, Prince Andrew would have been evicted from his bedroom, which he used as a bachelor’s apartment.

A source revealed to the British newspaper that “The King has made it clear that Buckingham Palace is no place for Prince Andrew. First, he closed his office last year and now his bedroom.

“Andrew loved having his suite at Buckingham Palace, where he was not only prepared for married life with Sarah Ferguson, but used as a bachelor’s apartment after their divorce.”

Regarding the supposed decision of Carlos III, a reconstruction project in Buckingham is also mentioned as another reason to throw Andrés out.

Said project contemplates the dismantling of the apartment used by Andrés and the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson.

It has not been confirmed where the Duke of York will live after the eviction, however, The Sun mentions that Andrés could be in negotiations to live in St. James’s Palace, where Princesses Ana, Beatriz and Alejandra also live.

Last December, British media reported the closure of Prince Andrew’s office in Buckingham, as part of the annulment of the Duke’s official roles for being linked to the Epstein case.
