An obscure complaint weighs on the head of Horacio Rosatti and the Supreme Court judge could go to impeachment.

According to a survivor of the Dictatorship, in his time as mayor of Santa Fe, the judge covered up a torturer inside the Municipality.

The woman recounted that she told Rosatti about the abuse and torture she suffered from the municipal employee, who was part of a task force during the dictatorship, but the now head of the Court kept him in the position, reported the site El Destape.

The survivor, Patricia Indiana Isasa, requested the opening of proceedings in the National Chamber of Deputies to investigate the alleged facts of “poor performance” and, if proven, sanction Rosatti with dismissal.

“Provided by Article 14 of the National Constitution and in exercise of the right to petition, I come to present a request for Impeachment to the Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation Horacio Daniel Rosatti, due to the facts that I denounce below, from which it would be inferred that he has incurred in the cause of “poor performance” in his duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the National Constitution”, begins the document that the news portal disseminated.

Patricia Indiana Isasa was kidnapped when she was 16 years old by local police who entered her native Santa Fe home to transfer her to a “concentration camp.” There she suffered torture and was sexually abused. One of the torturers was Eduardo Alberto “El Curro” Ramos.

In 1998, he found out that his torturer was a municipal employee and requested an interview with the mayor, who was none other than Rosatti. The now Supreme Court judge told him that he “was going to take care of the issue” but, “he did nothing,” said the complainant.

“He did not even open an administrative summary, to verify the facts denounced by me with documentation in hand,” he said according to texts from the same site. Ramos had a criminal record that Rosatti knew about because it was public, and even so, he “covered it up, keeping his job at the Municipality.”
