AI chatbots are currently very popular. ChatGPT, Google Bard, the competition is already fierce. In an interview, Tim Cook confirms that Apple also wants to jump on the bandwagon. To do this, however, the group would have to expand.
Apple wants to expand its AI team
Apple is looking for new developers to advance its AI efforts. The CEO also confirms that there is AI in many features of Apple products.
Cook doesn’t give any details
Cook does not provide precise details about projects currently in development.
“(Artificial intelligence) is everywhere in our products today. It’s behind the fall detection on the watch, it’s behind the crash detection, it’s behind the atrial fibrillation detection, it’s behind the EKG.
Of course we’re also researching generative AI, so yes, we have a lot going on.”
So it remains to be seen what exactly will come of the group’s efforts.
