  • 300 g of 00 flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 25 g of seed oil;
  • 30 g of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of liqueur of your choice (optional);

  • a pinch of salt.

  • 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • 80 ml of cream;
  • toasted almonds to taste;

Method

In a bowl we pour the sifted flour, the eggs, the sugar and the pinch of salt. Let’s start mixing and also combine the seed oil, the grated rind of an orange and the liqueur.

We knead all the ingredients until you get a nice smooth dough. Let’s let it rest the dough for about 30 minutes at room temperature, wrapped in a transparent film.

After this time, we make loaves with a diameter of about 1 cm and cut small chunks (about 1 cm thick).

Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes to one temperature of 180 degrees. Once cooked, they should be well browned.
