TwitchCon 2023 in Paris!
This is great news for fans of certain streamers, and more generally of the Amazon streaming platform. TwitchCon is coming to Paris this summer, July 8 and 9. For those unfamiliar with this event, it is a convention that brings together and highlights many Twitch partners. Fun activities are organized, and exchanges with the various fan communities take place. It is already possible to book a hotel to stay in Paris during the event,
as the official website says.
This is the first time that this convention will take place in France. Previous editions in Europe took place in amsterdam last year and Berlin in 2019. That year, this event brought together more than 9,000 members of the Twitch community, and last year it’s more than 14,000 people who went to the Netherlands. TwitchCon is gaining popularity in Europewhich bodes well for a gain in visitors for the edition in Paris this summer.
An accident last year
Last year, the American edition of the TwitchCon had turned into a tragedy. In San Diego, the former pornographic actress, Adriana Chechik, who now has a career as a streamer, was seriously injured. While Amouranth lent himself to an atypical photo game, in particular by bringing his fans to their knees, Adriana had fun by facing opponents on pillars in a pool of foam cubes. Unfortunately, jumping into this pool, she broke her back. Let’s hope that no drama of the same kind will occur during the Parisian edition this summer.
Well, I broke my back in two places and am getting surgery to put a meter rod in for support today. Send your support. When it rains it pours and I am definitely feeling the rain right now.
