Ubisoft’s shooter, xdefiantarrives as one of the main rivals of call of duty and its release has been announced for the coming months. During the Ubisoft Forward event, the company revealed that the game will feature a Open beta for the whole community.
According to the programming shared by Ubisoft, those players who wish to experience XDefiant will be able to do so between June 21 and 23. However, it is crucial to take into account the platforms that will have access to this trial period, since It will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.

The game features frenetic gameplay, with factions inspired by various Ubisoft franchises. Each faction member has a special ability, improving strategy and action on the battlefield. During Ubisoft Forward, the developers presented the roadmap for the game, outlining the content that will be released in the first four seasons. Each season will bring new weapons, maps and battle passes with 90 levels.

XDefiant promises a constantly evolving experience, with regular updates that will bring new playable factions, a growing collection of maps, weapons and game modes. Ubisoft has confirmed that the game will have 14 maps, 5 factions and 24 maps in the first year.
In addition, 4 new factions, 12 different weapons and 12 new maps will be released. With cross-play functionality, players will be able to team up with friends on all available platforms.
