This afternoon (Saturday May 6, 2023) took place at the club’s headquarters, in Tizi-Ouzou, the extraordinary general meeting (AGEX) of the JS Kabylia.
At the end of the work, the majority shareholder of the club, Mobiledecided to appoint Achour Cheloul new chairman of the board of the JSK, replacing Yazid Yarichèn.
Achour Cheloul, owner of the Relais Vert hotel in Tizi-Ouzou, had joined the CA of the Kabyle club as a shareholder during another AGEX which took place in October last year ( 2022).
So the new board of the JSK consists of the following four members: Achour Cheloul (president), Abdelaziz Zerrouki, Redouane Bouayad, Samir Djaballah, Samir Oukidi.
Note that the CEO of ATM Mobilis, Chaouki Boukhazaniattended the work of this AGEX.
