Version changes after progress in investigation of shooting at police hands against Hispanic

In view of the avalanche of questions about the death of a Puerto Rican at the hands of the uniformed woman at a traffic stop this week in Philadelphia, the Police changed their version of the facts.

The incident occurred at 12:28 p.m. on August 14 in the 100 block of East Willard Street.

According to a press release sent to this newsroom on Tuesday night, the deceased, identified as 27-year-old Eddie José Irizarry, was approached by two agents after parking in the opposite direction of the road. One officer stopped on the driver’s side and the other on the passenger side.

According to the police report, when the officer on the driver’s side told the other that the individual was armed with a knife, the other opened fire on the vehicle, fatally impacting Irizarry.

Images captured by witnesses show that Irizarry never got out of the car, as the authorities previously said to threaten them with the knife.

Now it was revealed that two knives were inside the vehicle that was removed by crane for inspection by detectives. So far it has not been reviewed pending a search warrant.

In this link you will be able to see the answers of the uniformed woman backwards in the investigation.
