A spectacular crash occurred early Thursday morning in the city of Chino, in San Bernardino County.
The event occurred at approximately 1:00 am between Ramona Avenue and Riverside Drive.
A surveillance camera captured the moment in which a white Mustang ran a red light and hit a black car that was crossing at the intersection.
Upon impact, the car caught fire and sparked. Both vehicles rolled several times before becoming immobilized.
The police and paramedics went to the scene to help the victims, who survived after the impact and were taken to hospitals to receive medical help. their health status is unknown.
Authorities are investigating whether the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
