“The attacker, as can be seen in the video, was riding a bicycle with a basket in the front where he carried his pet, a white poodle. He is extremely aggressive and dangerous”said the victim of the surprise street attack.
Olga is 74 years old and according to what she says, the man has already attacked other residents of the area. “He usually frequents the area, but his identity is unknown”recounted.
