History is repeating itself for us in South Florida where we will once again have dangerous heat, with heat index values that could be reaching as high as 115F in a period of two hours or more.
In response to these conditions for this week’s navel we will have another advisory for excessive heat that will take effect from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm this afternoon.
The maximum today in Miami could reach 96F, exceeding the normal for the date, which is about 91F.
Some storms could form in the afternoon towards inland sectors, similar to what we have seen in previous days.
For Thursday and Friday the probability of rain will remain limited, increasing for the weekend.
