One of the most controversial contests was experienced in Miss Universe 2022 after crowning Miss USA. The rumors of sabotage against several of the participants seemed to be certain, especially since Miss Venezuela, Amanda Dudamel, was not chosen as the winner.

Amanda Dudamel is one of the most recurring guests on international show programs. In one of these interviews Miss Venezuela referred to the mishap that Rovegno suffered during the pageantwhen she noticed that her dress was torn and also her shoes and headdress had disappeared.
“There was a situation that was misinterpreted, because Miss Peru commented that she had had problems with her final gala dress; but, in reality, it was that it broke for her because she sat down; but, on social networks, the story was that they had broken it and that they had stolen her heels ”he pointed to the Youtube channel of Luis Olavarrieta.
“So, well, it is also part of the adrenaline that is lived these days and of the dramas that can be set up with comments that are slightly distorted”he added.

After the international gala, Alessia Rovegno and miss Mexico were the ones who spoke on social networks about the mishap with the typical dress designed by Beto Pinedo. Jessica Newton reposted this video to point out that members of the Miss Universe participated in a sabotage against Rovegnoone of the favorites of the contest.

The actress Bárbara Cayo, mother of Alessia Rovegno, was surprised by what happened in the Miss Universe and hinted that some maneuver had occurred behind the problem with the wardrobe.
