MIAMI.- This November 12, the famous annual celebration of the “Day of the Dozens” o “Day of the Dozens” the donut company Krispy Kreme to bring joy to all people during the Christmas season.
During this day the renowned Charlotte, North Carolina-based chain is offering customers a dozen of the brand’s original glazed donuts for just $1. The offer is effective when you purchase a dozen donuts or 16 units of minis at the price normal.
A dozen donuts at Krispy Kreme typically cost between $12 and $25, depending on where you live and what flavors you order.
“One of our favorite days of the year returns: 12/12! Yes, Day of the Dozens is back! On December 12, you can get a dozen Original Glazed for $1. One is to keep and the other to share with friends, family and loved ones, or you can keep both for yourself, we won’t tell Santa if you do,” the company noted through its website.
How to get the offer?
The offer is available in-store, through drive-thru, or by ordering online for pickup or delivery through the Krispy Kreme app.
Donut lovers who purchase in-store or through the drive-thru will be able to make two redemptions, while those who purchase online for pickup or delivery using the promotional code “DOZEN” are limited to just one redemption.
It is important to note that the $1 dozen will only be Krispy Kreme’s classic glazed donuts, so it will not be a package with special donuts.
The “Elf” collection will be available
As reported by the company in a statement, the agreement will include limited edition personalized donuts “Elf” Holiday Collection which the company began offering on November 24 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Christmas movie.
The dozen limited-edition “Elf”-themed boxes include un donut Buddy Snow Globe, un donut Buddy Makes Breakfast, un donut Christmas Lights y un donut Santa Belly.
Special Christmas drinks
This limited-time promotion pairs with special holiday drinks offered by Krispy Kreme such as the holiday-inspired Sugar Cookie Latte, available hot, iced or frozen, and a Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate, served hot.
In addition to Krispy Kreme stores, these holiday donuts can also be found at partner grocery stores including select locations of Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, Publix, Stater Brothers, Wakefern among others.
This is not the only reason why Krispy Kreme has given away a dozen donuts, at the beginning of December it gave away donuts for World Kindness Day to the first 500 customers who visited one of the participating branches.
The chain also gave away donuts for Halloween and in September offered a free donut when you try Krispy Kreme’s new coffee.
