Microsoft has released a new version of Windows Insider. The Windows Insider Program allows users to preview early and developmental versions of Windows 11. This allows users to collaborate on the development of Windows 11 alongside PC experts, IT professionals and developers around the world.

Currently there is the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25284 in the Dev Channel. This build will not be available for Arm64 devices due to a known issue that causes the devices to hang at the OS boot logo.

Anyone already affected should use the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to useto switch to a previous build. Anyone who can install the new build will see a new widget.

A preview version of the widget is now available in the Messenger app. To try it out, users go to the Microsoft Store and update to the latest version of the Messenger app. Then open the widgets board and navigate to the widgets picker by clicking the “+” button at the top right of the board to pin the widget.
