London.- A woman over the age of 40 has been arrested for causing the death of a girl after colliding her vehicle into one of the buildings of a primary school in a neighborhood in southwest London, police reported Thursday.
The London Metropolitan Police (Met) has specified that the driver of the Land Rover, who remained at the scene, has been arrested for allegedly “causing death by dangerous driving.”
Eight other people, including six children, have suffered injuries in the accident, the severity of which is unknown at the moment.
The Police continue the investigation to establish the circumstances of the event but have ruled out that “it is an act of terrorism.”
After receiving the alert, the agents and the London ambulance service, who remain in the area, attended.
