A few days ago we revealed which games will leave the Xbox Game Pass library in January 2023, but Microsoft has decided to surprisingly add another title to the list.
The page dedicated to products that are preparing to leave the catalogue, which can be viewed both on the app for Windows 10/11 and in the appropriate section of Xbox One and Series X|S, underlines that also We Happy Few will no longer be available to download and run for all service subscribers starting next January 16, 2023.
As you can see, this is a very special situation, given that the title in question is developed by Compulsion Gamesone of the teams that are part of the Xbox Game Studios. However, it should be noted that, although the studio is now owned by Microsoft, the game has not been published by the Redmond giant and is therefore not part of the group of products that will never abandon the service: for the uninitiated, in fact, We Happy Few it was published by Gearbox.
We remind you that the Microsoft service library will welcome new games during the month of January and, as you already know, Monster Hunter Rise will also be available for free with Xbox Game Pass.
