You're a millionaire? $1 million Powerball ticket sold in NJ

A customer at a Wawa store in southern New Jersey has a million reasons to smile.

All this after buying a winning $1 million Powerball ticket last Saturday in Burlington County, according to the NJ Lottery.

Three tickets (one also sold in Kentucky) in the $69 million Powerball drawing on July 29, 2023, matched the five white balls (10, 25, 27, 34, and 38), but failed to match the red Powerball ( 2).

The New Jersey Lottery said the $1 million winners were sold at these locations:

  • Wawa #369, 270 E. Green Tree Rd., Marlton, Burlington County
  • Kearny Deli & Liquor, 170 Midland Ave., Kearny, Hudson County

There is no need to worry if you did not reach the million dollars. After no one hit the jackpot on Monday night, the Powerball has accumulated to an estimated $95 million jackpot ahead of Wednesday night’s drawing.

Of course, you can also push your luck by shelling out more than $2 for a chance to win Tuesday’s over $1 billion Mega Millions drawing.
