What are the advantages of “YouTube Premium Lite”?
For one thing, there is no longer any native advertising on YouTube. The same applies to YouTube Kids. Restriction: You will still find advertising clips in music videos.
What is missing in “Lite” compared to “YouTube Premium”?
With the Lite subscription you have to do without premium functions such as download options, background playback or YouTube Music without advertising.
How much does “YouTube Premium Lite” cost?
5.99 euros per month. “Premium” costs 11.99 euros per month. YouTube/Google does not offer “Lite” as an annual subscription. Families and students are also left out of the subscription.
Where can you book “YouTube Premium Lite”?
On the website or directly in the YouTube app.
Can you upgrade to YouTube Premium after signing up for Premium Lite?
That is possible. You can upgrade on the “Paid Memberships” page. You can also cancel there if you no longer want to use “YouTube Premium Lite”.
