On Thursday at around 4.30 p.m., a 46-year-old woman drove her car in the Bludenz city area on Riedstrasse in the direction of Wichnerstrasse. At the same time, four 14-year-old girls were also in the Riedstrasse area. Two of these girls crossed the road in front of the approaching car, one girl was hit by the vehicle in the area of ​​the right front fender and was subsequently thrown to the ground.

The driver of the car continued her journey without stopping. However, a passer-by was able to name the number plate to the arriving officers. After a brief search, the vehicle involved in the accident was found in the underground car park at the address of the registered owner, but the responsible driver was not found. The 14-year-old accident victim was injured to an undetermined degree by the accident and was taken to the LKH Bludenz by ambulance after first aid.
