What is this Samsung 4K QLED TV?
The Q83B television has elegant lines and is only 54.7 mm thick. Its 55-inch QLED panel, i.e. a diagonal of 139 cm, occupies almost the entire front surface, for a superb rendering. It offers 4K definition for a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. Without reaching the perfection of OLED, the image quality is still impressive, thanks to the Direct Full Array device, which displays deeper contrasts. Quantum HDR technology, on the other hand, allows precise backlight control and peak brightness that can reach 1500 nits. The image is thus optimized and the brightness excellent.
Don’t hesitate to tweak the TV settings according to the type of content viewed, and the SVOD platform on which you are. Indeed, some SVOD platforms allow Dolby Vision, others do not. For the latter, the cinema mode present in the presets is often suitable for most films and series. But it will sometimes be necessary to play on the image to get the best out of the Q83B.
