Agile process models such as Scrum are an integral part of product development in many companies. But Scrum is limited to individual teams. With large projects and complex organizational structures, the method is not sufficient to cope with the growing complexity, communication and dependencies.
Therefore, existing frameworks, models and best practices have evolved. The article gives an overview of the four frameworks Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum@Scale and Nexus.
