As the summer season approaches, the number of bookings for trips to Tunisia is increasing. Moreover, for the first half of 2023, the tourism sector in Tunisia is experiencing unprecedented growth and the number of Algerian tourists has recorded a new record.

Indeed, according to the latest figures quoted by the Tunisian press, 563,053 Algerians visited Tunisia between January 1 and the end of March 2023. While some prefer to travel to this country by land, others opt by air travel. Among the airlines serving the two capitals Tunis and Algiers, Tunisair.

Algiers airport: the airline Tunisair changes terminal

In a new press release published on the evening of Sunday, April 30, Algiers airport announced a change in the flights of this Tunisian airline. Indeed, the latter has decided to transfer all of its flights to a new terminal.

In accordance with this press release, from April 30, 2023, all Tunisair airline flights will be operated from the West Terminal instead of Terminal 1. Thus, all travelers who have opted for this company are called upon to take their precautions.

Flights Algeria – Tunisia: Nouvelair strengthens its program for summer 2023

Another airline that serves Algiers airport from Tunis airport is Nouvelair. For the 2023 summer season, this Tunisian airline has decided to increase the number of its flights and strengthen its air program from and to Algeria.

Indeed, from this month of May 2023, Nouvelair flights will be reinforced with a new connection from Algiers airport to Carthage airport. In addition, this air carrier has planned a second reinforcement. And this, from next June, by adding a new flight to its summer schedule.
