In the fourth season of “Sofa”, celebrities, friends, family and partners gather to watch and comment on the year’s new premieres and well-known favourites.
This year’s “Sofa” participants are a mixture of exciting new profiles and favorites from previous seasons, and a total of 11 different living rooms are visited.
TV cuddle with childhood friend
This season we are going home to the living room of author Anne B. Ragde, who last autumn made a name for herself in “Forræder”.
She is enjoying herself in front of the TV with her childhood friend Mari Østgaard, the two have been friends since they were six years old. Mari’s two dogs, Molly and King, are also watching TV.

– I have completely hopeless TV habits and see it as pure entertainment, apart from the news. I watch the channel TLC, the kind of channel that people don’t dare admit they watch. I look at sick things and the more “crazy” the better, says Anne B. Ragde to TV 2.
Dr. Pimple Popper
Anne gets her intellectual stimulation from books and the radio, but prefers the TV for entertainment. Her “guilty pleasure” is the reality series “Dr. Pimple Popper”.
– My friend Mari just has to come to terms with us watching TLC. We have been friends for 59 years. She has worked as a handball referee and is used to leaving her nerves in the dressing room. We just smile together and think it’s fun to be on Sofa, concludes Ragde.
Like TV taste
The twin sisters Vita and Wanda Mashadi are also new profiles this season. They live together in an apartment in Strømmen.
They disagree about many things, but have quite similar TV tastes. They prefer reality and true crime, and both are easily engaged and provoked by what they see on the screen.

The third new “Sofa” couple are comedian friends Terje Sporsem and Gustav Nilsen, who have been close friends for many years. In Terje’s basement living room at home in Sofiemyr, there is often sport and humour.

Great commitment
The wrestling buddies Fritz Aanes and Stig Andre Berge have known each other for a number of years from the national wrestling team.
In Stig Andre’s training garage in Rælingen, there is a lot of involvement when the two meet for boys’ night in front of the TV – especially when there is sport on the screen.
Strong life experiences
Comedian Trine Lise Olsen lives with her artist friend Bjørg Thorhallsdottir on Ormøya in Oslo. The two single ladies laugh and have a lot of fun together, but also have many strong life experiences which they bring into the discussions around the TV experiences.
One of the new “Sofa” families is comedian Espen PA Lervaag, his wife Caroline and children Edwin and Amy. They live in Sørumsand and at home in the terraced house, the sofa is full of life.

And on Nesøya in Asker we find the other new family: presenter and model Kathrine Sørland, her husband Andreas and son Leon. They like to enjoy pizza and snop for a TV evening together.
Revisiting “Sofa” favourites
Four of the living rooms “Sofa” viewers get to visit this season are favorites from previous seasons: The Maurstad family, with mum Mari and sons Aslak, Scott and Stinius.
