Argentine soccer player Mauro Icardi will earn 6 million euros, about $6.6 million net dollars per season for the next three years at Galatasaray, a club where he already played on loan last year and where he was presented this Sunday as a signing.

Galatasaray paid more than $11 million dollars to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to get Icardi, a sum that it will pay in installments over the next four years, according to a club statement shared by the Turkish agency KAP collected by EFE. .

“Starting with the 2023-2024 season, the footballer will be paid a net sum of 6,000,000 euros per season, in an agreement that will last for three seasons,” the statement said.

Icardi scored 23 goals and made eight assists in 26 games in the Turkish Super League and the Turkish Cup last season, becoming one of the most loved players by the fans of the Turkish club.
