Arsenal FC are seeking the services of two Real Sociedad key players: Martin Zubimendi and Robin Le Normand. As Fabrizio Romano reports, the Londoners have put out feelers and sent scouts to Spain. However, the Gunners would have to dig deep to allow coach Mikel Arteta to sign his dream players.
Midfielder Zubimendi, 24, has been on Arsenal’s list for a long time. However, the Spaniard could probably only be released from his contract, which runs until 2027, by pulling the exit clause of 60 million euros. According to Romano, the Premier League club would have to put a similar amount of money on the table for Le Normand. The defender has a €50m transfer agreement on his contract, which runs until 2026. It is questionable whether the leaders of the English league want to raise these sums in the summer.
