The weather in Berlin seems to be playing along this year and so there is no longer anything standing in the way of a trip. If you have a 49-euro ticket, you can also go on a trip and enjoy the Baltic Sea to the fullest (this joke had to be made now, because it should definitely be tight in the regions to the north).
However, anyone who goes blue into the green should consider that the Berlin-Brandenburg Brewery Association has already warned of the most expensive beer garden season of all time. He counts Prices from 7.50 euros per half liter, which even exceeded the level of the Munich Oktoberfest. This year the 14 euro-euro limit for the beer will probably fall there, which is the equivalent of 7 euros for half a liter. Berlin – pioneer of barley juice gentrification, so to speak.
But: Felix Mitte! In our district of all places, at least two tourist restaurants are bucking the trend. Conveniently, both are also located in Tiergarten, which means that the problem of overcrowded regional trains does not even arise. In the “Schleusenkrug” and in the “Café am Neuen See” half a liter costs the same as last season, i.e. just under 5 euros. The hosts have now announced this in the Tagesspiegel. OK, that Wegbier from the Späti costs even less, but nowhere is it as comfortable to sit as in the two beer gardens. And tarte flambée is rarely served in the Späti.
