The goodbye of ‘Save me’ to television after fourteen years of success is causing a real tsunami in the rest of the channels. And it is that Atresmedia has decided to make a move to try to attract viewers who are orphaned from their favorite space. On the one hand, ‘Y ahora Sonsoles’ extends its duration to two hours on Antena 3, while on laSexta they have decided to renew the mechanics of ‘Zapeando’ to bet on more “sausage and gossip”.
The green channel of Atresmedia is already promoting the new news of the program hosted by Dani Mateo. “More sauce, more humor, more collaborators, more gossip. What has been, more or better than ever, ‘Zapeando’”can be heard in the advertisement.
And not only that. ‘Zapeando’ has also fished on Telecinco. The entertainment format welcomes new collaborators. Among them two well-known faces from the rival chain. On the one hand, Quique Jiménez known as ‘Torito’, the popular reporter who was part of hits like ‘La Noria’, ‘TNT’, ‘Vuélveme loca’, ‘Qué tiempo tan feliz!’ or ‘Long live life’, among others. On the other, Maestro Joao, one of the regulars on ‘Sálvame’ or ‘Deluxe’. In addition, Ares Teixidó and Eduardo Navarrete, from ‘Masters of Sewing’, are also joining the company.
This unusual reinvention of ‘Zapeando’ comes at a time when Telecinco is committed to renewing its afternoons. After fourteen years with ‘Save me’, the main Mediaset channel is committed to the fiction ‘Vengeance is mine’, and from Monday June 26 to ‘Así es la vida’an entertainment format presented by Sandra Barneda, which will end in September with the arrival of Ana Rosa Quintana in the afternoon with ‘TardeAR’.
