Chihuahua.- April Susana del Pilar RL, ex-sentimental partner of Javier Corral’s former Social Communication coordinator, Antonio Pinedo Cornejo, was presented tonight before the judge for criminal case 2460/2020 for the accusation of illegal use of functions and powers.
Susana del Pila RL, who was arrested this afternoon in this city, in addition to being the former partner of the former state official, appears as legal representative of companies that in December 2017 and December 2018, obtained five contracts for an amount greater than ten million of pesos.
The representative of the Public Prosecutor’s Office is presenting testimonials from people who have declared that during that period contracts were made to the companies in which Susana del Pilar RL worked and that they were owned by Efraín Maldonado, who in turn is Paulina del Pilar’s sentimental partner. Rocío L., former Director of Administration while Pinedo was in the position of coordinator.
