Valencia and Cazoo have broken the sponsorship contract that will bind them until next season. It was a loud cry. Both were already aware of that decision since the winter months, although the ‘Vinicius Case’ has opened a new stream in the negotiations on the termination of the contract.

The British company that is dedicated to the resale of cars online had to pay 4 million euros to the entity che for the termination of the contract on the front of the shirt. This decision had already been announced by the two parties in the previous months, but Cazoo took advantage of the events that occurred in Valencia-Real Madrid, to pay a much lower amount than agreed.

From the United Kingdom company they have resorted to a clause of the agreement contract to communicate to Valencia that they would not pay any reprimand for skipping the contract. From the Turia entity they have had to reach an agreement to receive, at least, 1 million euros, 75% less than what was stipulated in the contract.

For the moment, Valencia has announced today its outing clothes for the 2023/2024 season and in the first instance, there is no sign of Cazoo or a new sponsor for the upcoming season.
