Celebrate your song in Hohenweiler

On Saturday, February 11th, 2023, Hohenweiler hokus said “Celebrate your song!!” with the dress code “Come on as your favorite song!”. The numerous guests in and around the Leiblachtal didn’t need to be told twice and transformed the ballroom into a large, colorful song stage. In line with the motto, the Powerband Supreme made sure that the favorite songs were not only visually recognizable in hocus-pocus, but also that people could sing and dance along to the songs. There was a lot of activity on the dance floor and the masked favorite songs could celebrate the acoustic favorite songs.

Of course, the large Leiblachtal carnival guild around Princess Simone and Prince Hubert, along with a fluffy entourage, Hörbranz robber barons and Leiblachtal shawms, also paid a visit to the successful music studio. The royal couple and their entourage presented their show and the princely orders were awarded to selected people. The musical companions of the royal couple, the Leiblachtaler Schalmeien, heated up the atmosphere with their carnival hits and their favorite songs. In their blue shirts, they are perfectly recognizable as the “favorite carnival musicians”. The Hohenweiler Musikverein show, the ultimate shortest chart show, at midnight caused a lot of laughter and enthusiasm like in the last few years (before Corona). First place, perfectly rehearsed by the Hohenweiler musicians, earned a lot of applause. At the MV Hohenweiler raffle, visitors and guests were able to look forward to many prizes that were raffled off. The great main prizes were handed over to the winners at midnight. The visitors were pampered by the kitchen team and at the bar, dry or hoarse throats were taken care of diligently.

After the involuntary forced break, the Hohenweiler music association with chairman Peter Steuer has again managed to organize a very successful ball and party evening in the hokus in 2023 and to prove the celebration qualities of the members. But the club’s social influence was also used in an extremely positive way, as there was a lot of hustle and bustle in hocus on the evening of the ball. The young and the young at heart could celebrate together late into the night and enjoy life in the village together.
